    
   
When a project is presented to Westcoast Painting that shows the harsh historical aging affects of time, we know that more than just a fresh coat of paint will suffice. Sometimes it’s a new design change like at the Union Square Grill in Seattle, or maybe it’s rebuilding and glazing hundreds of wood window panes at the Queen Anne Apartments.
It could also be the historical One Pacific Building in Tacoma in which we rebuilt the exterior wood structures and repainted the building’s unique design. This project garnered our company local media attention and a national industry award for restoration.
